Mariangela Marchetti is a certified privacy professional with extensive experience in implementing global privacy programs aligned with international data protection standards. She provides expert advice on data privacy and acts as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for her clients. Mariangela has successfully led privacy program implementations across a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, technology, and financial services.
Throughout her career, she has also managed licensing projects for e-money and payment institutions applying to the FCA, achieving a strong success rate. Additionally, she advises clients on regulatory matters specific to e-money and payment institutions in the UK.
Her expertise covers privacy compliance, AI compliance, risk management, governance, and financial crime obligations, enabling her to deliver practical and effective solutions tailored to both regulatory requirements and business objectives.
